Coaching (1)

We are happy to work throughout the UK and beyond. For a one-off, local event we generally absorb our own travel costs. Where longer journeys and overnight accommodation are involved, we will have to add our travel expenses to the cost of the event.

Newsletter (1)

Like everyone, we are inundated with emails every day and we don’t want to add to this burden. We will send out a maximum of 6 newsletters a year. If we don’t need to, we won’t send one. The newsletter will contain a bit of news about what we’ve been doing and with whom, and updates on any forthcoming seminars and events.

We are happy to work throughout the UK and beyond. For a one-off, local event we generally absorb our own travel costs. Where longer journeys and overnight accommodation are involved, we will have to add our travel expenses to the cost of the event.

This really depends on what we agree to do for you. Our initial consultation is free. After that, our workshops start at £500 for a basic, off-the-shelf, half-day workshop and increase in price depending on the length of the event and the amount of additional preparation required. When we work with you on a one-to-one basis, we start at £25 per hour for basic consultation or mentoring support, with higher rates for more complex interactions such as coaching. Of course, the total costs of our bespoke solutions packages will be discounted, depending on the volume of work involved.

If you decide to engage us, the first step will be a free consultation when we will meet with you to gain an understanding of what you want to achieve, and what you need to help you achieve this. We will then develop a proposed solution package and quote, for you to consider. We will always work with you to work out a plan that meets your needs and your budget. This could be as simple as a single stand-alone workshop or a complex programme of different services over a period of time.

Generally, we charge extra for the printing of materials. In some circumstances, it is easier and more cost-effective for us to email them to you in advance for you to print out yourself.

Ideally, yes. If you can provide the venue and refreshments this makes life easier for everyone. You will know what is available in your local area. If you require us to arrange the venue and refreshments this will be charged for in addition to the workshop itself.

This depends on the type of workshop. For most of our workshops, we prefer to work with groups of up to 15 people. However, we can accommodate larger groups in certain circumstances and are always willing to consider this. This may require additional preparation time and associated costs.

If you want one of our basic, off-the-shelf workshops we can arrange to deliver this as soon as our diaries permit. If you decide to have a workshop based on Insights Discovery profiles, we will need a minimum of 4 weeks for the completion and return of the profiles. Bespoke workshops and programmes will require a longer lead-in to allow for preparation time.
